Indulge in the sophistication of Camel Lot Estate's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark, opaque purple with pinkish meniscus with obviously no filtration.
Shy yet brooding nose of dark berries and plum with cedarish woody notes.
Deceptively light entrance followed by a mid-weight palate of liquorice/fennel and black pastilles wrapped in a blanket of briary/mulberry warmth.
The fine-grained tannin structure is nicely grippy.
A further glass from the bottle the next day held up beautifully.
Fine drinking now with good cellaring potential.
